1. Healthy Diet

Men’s Health Magazine named Jennifer the Sexiest Woman Alive in 2011, and at 46, she continues to thrive in her forties, thanks in part to her healthy diet. During an Instagram takeover for Living Proof, the hair care brand she co-owns with her hairstylist Chris McMillan, she shared images of a typical day of her meals. Her breakfast featured whole grain toast with an egg, along with tomato and avocado slices. For lunch, she enjoyed her “perfect salad,” comprising bulgur, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta cheese, and pistachios.

2. Consistent Workouts

Jennifer Aniston faced a hip flexor injury in June, preventing her from practicing yoga, her favorite workout. In response, she diversified her exercise routine by trying the Barre Method, incorporating 20-30 minutes of cardio, and enjoying quick Spin bike sessions. Emphasizing the importance of listening to her body, she prioritizes rest days as needed.

3. Daily Routine

Jennifer shared her morning routine with Elle Magazine, starting with warm water with lemon or coffee, followed by feeding her dogs. Her breakfast typically includes a shake, eggs, avocado, and coconut oil on Ezekiel whole wheat toast. Afterward, she reads the paper and goes to the gym. Jennifer emphasizes staying hydrated, aiming for three or four 23-ounce Smart Water bottles daily, considering it an essential habit.

She told the magazine: “I usually have warm water with lemon first thing in the morning if I can remember. Otherwise I’ll have a cup of coffee, feed the dogs, then a shake, eggs and a little avocado and a little coconut oil on Ezekiel whole wheat toast. Then I usually read the paper and hit the gym. I have the Smart Water bottle that’s 23 ounces. I make sure I get three or four in of those a day. It’s such a habit for me now. So many people are water lazy; it’s such an important thing.”

4. Use Moisturizer and Sunscreen

Jennifer, as the spokesperson for Aveeno, emphasizes the importance of maintaining healthy skin. She incorporates Aveeno’s body moisturizer into her daily routine, expressing her loyalty to the brand due to its effectiveness and affordability. Jennifer’s skincare philosophy is to stick with what works and not change a routine that is already successful.

Jennifer Aniston also adopted a daily sunscreen habit a few years ago, acknowledging her regret for not taking better care of her skin in her youth. Reflecting on this, she initiated a “sun-tanning intervention” to address the issue. Currently, she incorporates Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer SPF 15 and an SPF-based face moisturizer into her daily skincare routine to protect her skin from sun damage.
