Around that time, photos from the scene captured Spears walking out of the hotel barefoot, accompanied by a man who appears to be Paul Richard Soliz, the “Toxic” singer’s rumored boyfriend. In the photos, Spears has a brown blanket wrapped around her shoulders and is holding a pillow in her arms.

She injured her foot during the altercation but did not receive medical treatment at the scene. Spears left the hotel with her own security, leaving her boyfriend behind.

Britney Spears took to Instagram to claim that she twisted her ankle and alleged that paramedics showed up at her door “illegally.” She stated that they didn’t enter her room but expressed feeling “completely harassed” by the incident. Spears also mentioned her plans to move to Boston. Representatives for Spears have not yet commented on this specific incident.

What Did the Police Have to Say?

A spokesman for the Los Angeles Fire Department confirmed that paramedics were dispatched to the Chateau Marmont hotel Thursday morning following a report of an injured adult female. The call was received at 12:42 a.m. However, the spokesman did not identify Britney Spears as the subject of the 911 call.

Brian Humphrey from the Los Angeles Fire Department stated that it’s uncertain whether paramedics interacted with the individual reportedly injured at the Chateau Marmont or offered medical assistance. Law enforcement wasn’t called to the scene, and paramedics departed at 1:17 a.m. Humphrey mentioned that the LAFD hasn’t provided an immediate response to Britney Spears’ claims on social media.

The incident at the hotel follows Britney Spears’ finalized divorce from Sam Asghari. They recently filed paperwork indicating a settlement. Additionally, Spears reached a settlement with her father regarding her previous conservatorship. According to court documents obtained by Billboard, Britney Spears’ divorce from Sam Asghari is governed by a written agreement detailing their property division and spousal support arrangements.
