In an 87-page court document, Ashley Parham claims that Sean “Diddy” Combs instructed Druski to assault her. The document describes an alleged incident in which Druski, referred to as John Doe in previous filings, doused Parham with oil and then jumped on her body, causing her harm due to his size.

The filing further alleges that Druski assaulted Ashley Parham while Sean “Diddy” Combs watched from a chair near the bed, recording the assault while masturbating.

The Reply

On March 10, Druski released a statement on Instagram and Twitter, calling the allegations a “fabricated lie.” He denied the claims, stating that he was not a public figure in 2018, was living with his mom, and had no connections to the entertainment industry at the time.

“This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 – I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.”

Druski expressed sympathy for real abuse victims but stated he was confident evidence would reveal the allegations against him as false. He also accused individuals of trying to manipulate the legal system.

“My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”

Meanwhile, Sean “Diddy” Combs, who has denied all allegations, is awaiting trial on May 5.

Current Charges Against Diddy

The charges against Sean “Diddy” Combs involve sex trafficking, drug possession, and firearms offenses, detailed in a 14-page indictment from the Southern District of New York.

The specific charges include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking carry a maximum life sentence, with sex trafficking having a mandatory minimum of 15 years.

The indictment alleges Combs used his influence and resources to coerce and threaten women for his sexual desires, while operating a criminal enterprise involving various illegal activities, including forced labor and obstruction of justice, since at least 2008.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, expressed disappointment over the decision to pursue what he believes is an unjust prosecution by the US Attorney’s Office, asserting that while Combs may be “an imperfect person,” he is not a criminal.
