The model has found an unconventional way to continue wearing her engagement ring. The ring, a massive double-diamond “toi et moi” sparkler was given to her by her ex-husband. She wants to wear them nearly two years after their breakup. On March 19, Emily revealed on Instagram that she had transformed her original engagement ring into two separate pieces of jewelry. Moreover, she posted photos of herself wearing the newly created gold bands. One features a princess-cut diamond and the other contains a pear-shaped jewel, humorously referring to them as “divorce rings.”

The 32-year-old model tagged her engagement ring’s jeweler Alison Lou, who assisted in creating the new pieces. Alison mentioned on her Instagram page that they originally made the two-stone engagement ring. This would set a trend as they created the “Divorce Rings” for Emily Ratajkowski.

Emily Ratajkowski’s Life After the Divorce

Since her breakup with Sebastian in 2022, Emily Ratajkowski, who has a 3-year-old son named Sylvester Apollo with her ex, has been open about her experiences and perspectives on life as a divorcée. Additionally, in a TikTok video on September 6, Emily expressed that after getting married at 26 and being separated at 32, she believes there’s nothing better. Additionally, she remarked that being in your 20s is challenging.

The “Gone Girl” actress, Emily Ratajkowski, who has been romantically linked to Eric Andre, Pete Davidson, and Harry Styles post-divorce, embraces the concept of being single in her 30s. Moreover, in the video, she is heard saying:

“There is nothing better than being in your 30s, still being hot, maybe having a little bit of your own money. Figuring out what you want to do with your life and having tried that married fantasy and realizing that it’s maybe not all it’s cracked up to be.”

Why Did They Break Up?

After four years of marriage, Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard parted ways, with Em initiating the split. According to a source for PEOPLE, she was coping well. She also remained strong and focused on her son, expressing her love for motherhood.

Ratajkowski filed for divorce from Bear-McClard in Manhattan Supreme Court, as per court records obtained by Page Six. Moreover, the filing was contested, indicating that the terms of the divorce between Bear-McClard and Ratajkowski have not been settled.
