Kim Kardashian Slams Psychics After Failing the Bar Exam

During mother Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday celebration, Kim Kardashian let loose on the psychics her family has consulted. She called them “all f—ing full of s—” after learning she didn’t pass the California bar exam. She said at least four of the psychics had told her she would pass — a claim she now calls a “pathological lie.”
The confession came via a TikTok clip posted at the event, where she spoke into her phone while getting her makeup done. In it, she said: “They all collectively … told me I was gonna pass the bar, so they’re all full of s—. Don’t believe anything they say.”
The Legal Journey That Got Awkward
Kardashian has been on a non-traditional path to becoming a lawyer. She began studying law in 2019 through California’s Law Office Study Program — bypassing traditional law school. Earlier this year, she passed the “baby bar” after several attempts. Yet when she took the full California bar exam in July 2025, she didn’t pass. She acknowledged the result via Instagram, writing: “Well… I’m not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV.”
On The View, host Sunny Hostin shared that Kardashian was “very nervous” before the exam, admitting she had expected a different outcome. Despite the disappointment, she affirmed she would study harder and keep pushing forward.
Why the Psychic Drama Stings
What makes this moment more than a celebrity blip is the clash between spiritual optimism and academic reality. Kardashian’s reveal sends a message about how even ambition-driven figures can be misled when they lean into predictions rather than preparation. The psychics who claimed certainty now become symbols of false hope.
Kardashian’s public call-out also becomes a brand moment. As someone who pursues fame, entrepreneurship, and advocacy, this setback adds a layer of vulnerability. It humanises her effort to pivot into law, showing that even celebrities face the grind and the soul-searching that many of us do when goals aren’t achieved as expected.
Moving Forward with Purpose
Despite the setback, Kardashian’s tone remains determined. She wrote, “Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up — just more studying and even more determination.”
She’s also taking ownership of the misstep related to the psychics: the frustration is aimed not just at failing the exam, but at the misplaced assurance she had entrusted to them. “Falling short isn’t failure — it’s fuel,” she typed. The message: this isn’t a red light, it’s a green one, just with a rough start.

From here, Kardashian’s next steps will be watched not just for red-carpet glamour or reality-TV drama, but for whether this brand icon can transition into a serious, licensed law career. For her audience, it’s a reminder: even high-visibility journeys have noise, misdirection, and moments of truth.
