Who would have thought that we would be hearing news about an alien mummy? Did anyone have that on their crazy 2023 occurrence bingo? I definitely did not! Well, turns out we are definitely not alone in the universe. At least that is what the Mexican government is claiming at the moment. New sightings and explorations have shown an alien mummy and the pictures are more than eerie. Have a look at what the government had to say about the matter.

The News Story on the Alien Mummy

In a historic congressional event in Mexico, lawmakers heard testimony affirming the existence of extraterrestrial life. They were presented with what was claimed to be the remains of non-human beings during a hearing on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), commonly known as UFOs. Mexican journalist and UFO enthusiast Jaime Maussan displayed two alleged extraterrestrial artifacts. He further emphasized that they were not related to any terrestrial life forms. These tiny “bodies,” each with three fingers on each hand and elongated heads, were reportedly discovered in Peru near the ancient Nazca Lines in 2017. They were estimated to be around 1,000 years old after carbon dating analysis by Mexico’s National Autonomous University (UNAM).

While similar discoveries in the past have turned out to be mummified children, Maussan contended that this was the first instance of presenting such evidence. He called for scientific institutions to investigate these findings. He further suggested that they represented non-human specimens, proving that “we are not alone.”

Jose de Jesus Zalce Benitez, Director of the Scientific Institute for Health of the Mexican Navy, reported that X-rays, 3-D reconstruction, and DNA analysis had been conducted on the remains, asserting that they had no connection to human beings.

However, UNAM clarified that their 2017 analysis was solely aimed at determining the samples’ age and did not draw conclusions about their origin.

Previous Experiences with UAP

The hearing also featured testimony from former U.S. Navy pilot Ryan Graves, who has shared his experiences with UAP in U.S. Congressional hearings, addressing the stigma associated with such sightings. Congressman Sergio Gutierrez expressed hope that this hearing would be the first of many similar events in Mexico, emphasizing the need for ongoing discussions.

Grusch, who held the position of an intelligence officer in the Air Force for 14 years, informed Congress that he had been a representative on two Pentagon task forces dedicated to the investigation of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) until earlier this year.

During his testimony, Grusch disclosed that he had been briefed about a long-running program involving the retrieval and reverse-engineering of UAP crashes spanning multiple decades as part of his duties.

In recent years, the U.S. government has shifted its stance on UAP disclosure. They are actively investigating reported sightings and forming independent panels to study UFOs. NASA is set to discuss findings from its UFO study.

Criticism Around the Matter

Nevertheless, Maussan’s presentation faced criticism from skeptics. Additionally, they questioned its authenticity and timing, potentially impacting efforts to be taken seriously in the scientific community. Some expressed concerns about the lack of a scientific paper to support the claims.
