Erika Kirk, the widow of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, has made her first public remarks since his tragic death during a speaking event at Utah Valley University.

Speaking from the podcast office, Charlie used, she paid tribute to her late husband and delivered a message of resolve, grief, and purpose. She spoke emotionally about the love they shared, the life they built, and her determination to ensure his movement does not end with his death.

Personal Reflections & Tribute

Erika described Charlie as a man who loved America, nature, and the Chicago Cubs. But beyond these passions, she emphasized what mattered most: that he loved her and their children with all his heart. She recounted tender moments—like when their young daughter, noticing her mother late, asked where Daddy was.

Erika said she told her, “Daddy loves you so much… he’s on a work trip with Jesus, so he can afford your blueberry budget.”

Message to the Perpetrator

Without naming the suspected shooter, Erika delivered a pointed message: “You have no idea the fire that you have ignited within this wife.” She made it clear her grief is not silent or passive, but a force that will echo globally. She called her own cries “a battle cry,” refusing to allow Charlie’s death to mark the end of his work.

Legacy & Continuation of Work

Despite the unimaginable pain, Erika announced that Charlie’s platform and projects will continue. She vowed that the “American Comeback Tour,” his podcast, and his radio show would go on.

She insisted that his legacy and voice will continue to grow stronger, louder, and not be forgotten. “The movement built by my husband will not die,” she declared, adding, “No one will ever forget my husband’s name, and I will make sure of it.”

Children, Family & Support

Erika thanked law enforcement, investigators, political allies—including former President Donald Trump—and others who have reached out with support.

She spoke of her two young children, recalling the difficulty of telling their daughter that her father was gone. She expressed faith that while she may not understand all of it, she believes in a purpose beyond her grief.
